Receptionists and Staff are very friendly and helpful. Outstanding great is Bach Nga, who speaks fluently english and cares for all your requests perfectly. Also I enjoyed the varied breakfast and dinner at their restaurant.

Mandala is a hidden gem, it exceeding all my expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they all go above and beyond their duties - the reception staff Nguyen Thu Nhung, Nguyen Chung Hieu and the Manager Nguyen Kien Cuong were lovely and hospitable. The facilities are exceptional, especially the sauna and the infinity pool. The buffet is great too!

Breakfast was amazing and easily accessible. The staff was very helpful in all aspect and were easy to approach. I felt supported by the staff, being from out of the country this was very improtant.

Superb facilities - the sauna is magical, go and see for yourself, a real hidden gem! Pool was lovely too, nice coffee/bar. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located far away from the Old Hanoi City and the surroundings is quite and nice. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and comfortable.
